The Role
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core products, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess large datasets and implement feature engineering strategies.
- Conduct rigorous model evaluation, testing, and validation to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or data science.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and MLOps tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in C++ or Java being a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering production-ready AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
