In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models. You will work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize existing models for high throughput, low latency, and real-time inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Implement robust data pipelines and ensure data integrity and security.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate new technologies for integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
