Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in model training pipelines and inference systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and distributed computing.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
