Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for the '2026' roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance computing.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms and implement novel algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define AI requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability of AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
