Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models focused on the 2026 technology horizon.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into robust, user-friendly applications.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, ethics, and bias mitigation in AI training.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
