You will work closely with our CTO and product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI/ML pipelines for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize existing models for improved accuracy and reduced latency in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Backend, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for machine learning engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
