Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines tailored to the 2026 strategic vision.
- Research and implement novel deep learning algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for high-throughput inference and reduced latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
