Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models using Python and PyTorch.
- Optimization: Focus on model compression, quantization, and inference optimization to ensure real-time performance on edge devices.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal models) into production systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and modern web frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or comparable open-source contributions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
