Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust, high-throughput machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal learning, and reinforcement learning agents.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for deployment on edge devices and massive cloud infrastructure to ensure low latency and high efficiency.
- Production Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models into production environments, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and automated retraining loops.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias, fairness, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is required.
- Modeling Skills: Proven track record of designing and deploying complex models, specifically in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and present research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
