Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead the research and development of advanced AI models, focusing on Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core product offerings.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability for high-traffic production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and translate them into practical applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
