Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models and Generative AI architectures.
- Build robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize inference latency and throughput for real-time AI applications using distributed systems.
- Conduct rigorous AI Safety and alignment research to ensure ethical deployment of autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with model quantization, distillation, and deployment on edge devices.
