Responsibilities
- Architect and fine-tune large-scale foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce operational costs for high-volume AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, and MLOps pipelines.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to keep our stack at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Deep expertise in Python, including frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and PyTorch.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) for semantic search applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
