Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning models, including Transformers and Neural Networks, to optimize performance for specific business use cases.
- Deployment & MLOps: Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Code Optimization: Improve model inference speed and reduce latency while ensuring high accuracy and low resource consumption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative features.
- Ethical AI: Implement best practices for bias mitigation and data privacy to ensure responsible AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related data science role.
- Cloud Skills: Strong understanding of cloud-native ML services and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
