Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security, Product) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to ensure low-latency performance in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model training and validation.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
