Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and societal expectations
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and generative AI models
- Design bias mitigation protocols for machine learning pipelines and algorithmic decision-making
- Create stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities affected by AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI implementation with engineering and product teams
- Author whitepapers and policy recommendations for industry consortiums and government bodies
- Monitor emerging AI ethics regulations and ensure organizational compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate, DeepMind Ethics Program)
- Published research or policy papers on responsible AI development
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams on international AI initiatives
