Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and continuous monitoring.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep understanding of neural network architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust, production-grade solutions.
