We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Future Tech Architect to lead our strategic R&D division. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trendsâsuch as Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready infrastructuresâand integrating them into scalable, real-world products. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the company's 3-5 year technological roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies that will dominate the market by 2026.
- Architect Future Systems: Design and prototype next-generation AI architectures that prioritize scalability, energy efficiency, and ethical AI principles.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Spearhead experimental projects in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and speak at industry conferences regarding the trajectory of technology in the coming years.
Qualifications
- Strategic Foresight: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and propose innovative solutions before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and mentoring junior architects.
- Education: Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
