Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models and Autonomous Systems capable of operating in dynamic environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation neural networks, focusing on efficiency and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof for 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency performance and high throughput in high-stakes scenarios.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping high-impact products.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data privacy regulations.
