Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on cutting-edge AI and autonomous systems.
- Predictive Modeling: Spearhead the development of predictive models that anticipate market trends and user behavior years in advance.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures capable of handling high-frequency data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging fields such as Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering, or Advanced NLP.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
