Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead R&D efforts in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), driving innovation from prototype to production.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and executive leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI governance and data privacy compliance in emerging tech environments.
- Prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies, including Spatial Computing and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Act as a thought leader in the industry, presenting at conferences and publishing white papers on future tech trends.
- Oversee the integration of AI agents into legacy systems to modernize infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Web3 or decentralized systems is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
