As a key player in our Horizon Scanning division, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between cutting-edge academic research and scalable production systems. You will guide our team in exploring Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready architectures.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for emerging technologies.
- Architect scalable infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead the integration of Spatial Computing (AR/VR) into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before they trend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into viable products.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible data usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with spatial computing frameworks (e.g., ARKit, Unity Spatial Awareness).
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
