Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and deployment of Generative AI models, ensuring high-fidelity outputs and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring models are reproducible, monitorable, and secure.
- Drive innovation in ethical AI, ensuring our systems are transparent and bias-free.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
