Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement long-term machine learning strategies and technical roadmaps that align with our company vision for the next two years.
- Pioneering Model Development: Lead the research and development of advanced deep learning and generative AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for AI engineering.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research and breakthroughs in AI into our core product lines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future of AI and translate long-term goals into actionable technical milestones.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
