Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI-driven features.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and adherence to ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and industry trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
