Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust, scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI technologies, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure OmniCorp remains ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
