Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and deploy advanced Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures optimized for 2026 standards.
- Strategic Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including multimodal learning and autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Enhance model inference speed and reduce latency using cutting-edge hardware acceleration and quantization techniques.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement fairness, transparency, and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric AI solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs or Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
