Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects exploring futuristic AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Performance: Implement cutting-edge inference optimization techniques to ensure scalability and efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with Visionaries: Work closely with product leaders and data scientists to translate business goals into technical AI roadmaps for 2026.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, focusing on bias mitigation and transparency in automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- 2026-Readiness: Demonstrated experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize training pipelines.
