Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical models.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and accuracy to ensure seamless, high-performance user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
