Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- System Optimization: Architect scalable infrastructure for model deployment, ensuring low-latency inference and high availability.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI research papers and implement novel architectures to improve model accuracy.
- Data Engineering: Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement robust data pipelines.
- Code Review: Mentor junior engineers and maintain the highest standards of code quality and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed computing (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
