Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network models capable of handling next-gen computational loads.
- Integrate quantum computing protocols into existing classical AI pipelines.
- Lead the architecture of autonomous decision-making systems with a focus on safety and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract AI concepts into tangible product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's internal research culture.
- Optimize data throughput and model inference speeds for edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or neural architecture search.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms is a plus.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment.
