Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives to integrate quantum computing algorithms into classical neural networks.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum simulation tools.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and microservices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
