Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and quantum-ready algorithms for enterprise applications.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the 2026 technology stack, including advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive model optimization strategies to reduce latency and improve inference speeds on distributed cloud architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of high-potential engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying large-scale AI workloads.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, data-driven solutions.
