Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our flagship projects, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Quantum-Resistant AI: Develop and deploy advanced AI models designed to withstand and leverage the quantum computing landscape of the future.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure to create hybrid computing environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and high performance.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in neural networks and quantum algorithms to stay ahead of industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
