Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable architectures integrating classical AI models with quantum processors to solve optimization and simulation problems.
- Lead the research and implementation of error mitigation techniques for near-term quantum hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Hardware Engineering, Product) to translate complex research into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI/Quantum hybrid systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) and cloud quantum services.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
