Responsibilities

- Performance Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling billions of tokens with low latency.
- Model Alignment: Develop and refine reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) frameworks to ensure AI safety and ethical deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate research breakthroughs into scalable software solutions.
- Publication: Contribute to peer-reviewed journals and present findings at top-tier AI conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
