Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for the 2026 Initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scalable production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and technical leads.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing and data engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
