Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures focused on achieving human-level reasoning capabilities by 2026.
- R&D Roadmap Strategy: Lead the strategic vision for our research roadmap, identifying key milestones and breakthrough technologies required to lead the market.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale models for efficiency, latency, and accuracy, ensuring they are deployable in real-world high-stakes environments.
- Patent & Publication Strategy: Drive the intellectual property strategy by publishing high-impact research papers and filing patents for novel algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to translate complex research findings into user-centric product features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research, development, or engineering roles within top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Core Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ill-defined problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
