As part of Project 2026, you will work at the intersection of deep learning, neural architecture, and ethical AI. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of what is possible, ensuring our solutions are not only powerful but also responsible and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of novel deep learning architectures and algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for high-scale deployment, focusing on latency, accuracy, and computational efficiency in real-world environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and ethical AI experts to translate theoretical research into practical applications.
- Publication: Author high-impact research papers and contribute to the scientific community through patents and open-source contributions.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical hypotheses and demonstrate feasibility to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong understanding of statistical modeling and optimization techniques.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
