Responsibilities

- Design and conduct rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses and drive model performance improvements.
- Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
- Identify and mitigate potential biases and risks associated with advanced AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in applied machine learning research or a senior engineering role within a tech giant.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing research in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and large-scale model training techniques.
