Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable neural network architectures and robotic control systems optimized for edge computing.
- Lead the R&D team in developing next-generation algorithms for computer vision and natural language processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world physical platforms and software applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning of AI models to ensure reliability and safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and identify opportunities for technological disruption.
- Define technical roadmaps and present architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and sensor fusion technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
