Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Networks: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for robotics perception and decision-making.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, reinforcement learning, and human-robot interaction.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to deploy AI models on edge devices and robotic platforms.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize code for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities aligned with company goals for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, or control theory.
