Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for real-time robotic perception and decision-making.
- Sensor Fusion: Lead the development of algorithms that integrate data from LiDAR, Radar, and Computer Vision to create robust autonomous navigation systems.
- Hardware-Software Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to deploy optimized inference engines on edge devices and robotic platforms.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct high-level research to identify emerging trends in AI and robotics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- ROS Experience: Strong background in ROS (Robot Operating System) and ROS2 for robotic simulation and deployment.
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Probability Statistics.
