- Identify high-impact use cases for AI integration across enterprise departments to drive efficiency and growth.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to communicate complex technical concepts and strategy to stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scale successful pilots into production environments.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives with a focus on AI implementation.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning architectures.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and leading diverse, high-performance teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA (preferred).
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sectors is a major plus.
