Responsibilities
- Define AI Roadmaps: Architect and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term goals.
- Technical Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and generative AI tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research into emerging AI trends, ensuring Nexus Future Labs stays ahead of the competition.
- Ethical AI: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI deployment is fair, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
- Process Optimization: Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows to drive efficiency and automation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) integration.
