We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Strategy Lead to define our technological trajectory for 2026. In this role, you will not just manage a team; you will shape the roadmap. You will be responsible for integrating Agentic AI workflows, ensuring our platforms are resilient, ethical, and ready for the exponential growth expected by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture for our 2026 AI Roadmap, focusing on Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines that handle high-volume, real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Prioritize research initiatives that position Nexus Horizons as a market leader in generative AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience deploying and fine-tuning large-scale transformer models.
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed computing, and MLOps best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
