Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, forecasting emerging tech trends such as Neural Interfaces and Autonomous Systems.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, cloud-native microservices architectures optimized for quantum-ready environments.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on upcoming technologies (e.g., AR/VR convergence, Bio-tech integration) and integrate viable concepts into our product lines.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for futuristic projects.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish governance models for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems; familiarity with Quantum Computing primitives is a plus.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee and adapt to industry shifts, specifically within the AI and Web3 sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
