Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the deployment of high-scale, fault-tolerant systems tailored for the 2026 technology stack.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Innovation Implementation: Integrate emerging technologies such as advanced Machine Learning models and edge computing into core products.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications.
- R&D Integration: Conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) for next-gen technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale production.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & Data: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, or distributed data systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make strategic technical decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
