Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- System Design: Define technical standards and best practices for distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews, technical architectural discussions, and mentoring junior developers.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate new technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with global data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java; proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure); experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipeline technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
