Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud spending through cost analysis and architectural improvements
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins and GitLab
- Implement security best practices (IAM, VPC, KMS) across multi-cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud-native technologies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment workflows
- Monitor system performance using Datadog and Prometheus
- Drive cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go)
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven ability to lead complex cloud migration projects
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
