Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructure
- Implement security best practices including IAM, VPC, and encryption protocols
- Optimize cloud costs through resource monitoring and architectural improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration
- Document architecture designs and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in Python/Go for automation scripting
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Solutions Architect preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
